| 摘 要： | 公平与效率的关系问题既是经济学领域研究的重要问题，也是经济伦理领域中的最重要的问题之一。公平与效率的正确关系是利用经济体的高效率来增进平等。在市场和生产领域，以效率为先，促进生产力的发展。在社会和政治权力领域，以公平为先。公平是效率的根本目的。公平具有目的的意义，效率具有手段的意义。社会主义的根本目的就是社会主义的公平。

| Abstract: | The problem of the relationship between justice and efficiency is an important one in the field of Economics, but also is one of the most important problems in the field of Economical Ethics. The correct relationship between justice and efficiency is that we can make use of the high efficiency of economical entity to gain equality. In the field of market and production, the priority is efficiency. We accelerate the development of productivity. In the field of society and political power, the priority is justice. Justice is the fundamental goal. Justice has the meaning of goal. Efficiency has the meaning of ways and means. The fundamental goal of socialism is socialistic justice. |
