| Abstract: | To improve the quality of talents is the important guide thought and tragedy decision-making for developing education in 21 century. In the paper, the author discussed the importance and necessity of enhancing humanism quality education to students of PE colleges and universities, as well as indicating the concrete method to implement the enhancement and cultivate eligible PE talents. |
