摘    要:在普通铸铁焊芯的成分中添加适量的Bi元素和Ti元素,通过真空吸铸法制得的铸铁焊芯,外涂石墨化药皮,获得微合金化铸铁同质焊条,采用手工电弧焊法对铸铁进行补焊,结果发现与传统的铸铁芯同质焊条Z248相比,微合金化铸铁同质焊条的焊接性能更加优良。

Abstract:Elements Bi and Ti are added to the compositions of the plain cast iron core wire.We use vacuum suction casting process to develop cast iron core wire,which is then coated with graphite and homogeneous microalloy cast iron welding rod is developed.Then,we select manual arc welding process for repairing welding of cast iron.The result shows that compared with the traditional homogeneous cast iron core welding rod,homogeneous microalloy cast iron welding rod has better welding performance.
