| 摘 要： | 对2000年至2005年六年来有关我国信息用户研究的著作、学位论文和期刊论文进行统计分析,并对该研究的用户需求、用户教育、用户心理与行为、用户满意度和数字图书馆用户研究等等相关主题进行综述,力求能够客观真实地反映当前我国信息用户研究的状况,把握其研究的发展趋势和走向,并为今后的相关研究提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the survey and statistical analysis of a large number of documents, published works, dissertations and articles carried on the periodicals relating to the study of the information users, this paper attempts to give an objective summary of the current research status of the information users as well as its developing tendency. Meanwhile, it also gives an overview of the customers' requirements, their educational backgrounds, psychological behavior, and their satisfaction degrees with a brief summary of the digital library customer studies. With these related contents, the author intents to provide some valuable references for a further study in this field. |
