咨询业服务模式研究

摘    要:信息是咨询业的基础,信息活动贯穿整个咨询过程。基于对咨询业和咨询服务概念的阐述,本文以信息服务研究为基础,从信息流、信息服务模式和信息增值活动3个维度对咨询业服务模式进行探讨,构建咨询业务的信息流模型、分析咨询业务的服务模式,并区分咨询业价值链中与信息增值相关的活动。

Research on Consulting Service Models

Abstract:Information is the basis of consulting service, and information activity runs throughout the cormulfing process. This paper begined by expounding the concopts of consulting industry and service. Then, based on the research of information service, it discussed consulting service models from information flow, information service models and activity of value - added infor- marion. Finally, it constructed information flow model of consulting service, analyzed information service models of consulting service, and distinguished activities of value - added information in consulting industry value chain.
