| 摘 要： | 农业、农民、农村问题是当代中国经济和社会发展的突出问题,其发展状况将在很大程度上决定现代化的发展进程。教育是解决“三农”问题的基石,是开发农村人力资源的重要条件,也是建设小康社会、构建和谐社会的重要内容。

| Abstract: | The problem of the agriculture,farmer and village is the outstanding problem of the Chinese economic and social development in the contemporary.Its development condition will decide the modern development progress in a large extent.The education is the foundation of solving "Three Agricultural Problems",the important condition that developing the human resource of village,and the important contents that constructing the middle-class and harmonious society. |
