| 摘 要： | 民国时期,在全国性的教育改革及相关师资建设政策实施的影响下,湘西少数民族地区的教育状况得到了推进和改善,该地区师资培养的发展具有国家政策直接影响及民族性和地域性特有的表现,对该地区的少数民族教育事业、社会文化、经济发展有着深远的影响。深入这段历史对该地区师资培养状况进行分析,可为以后发展民族地区的教育提供参考。

| Abstract: | During the period of the Republic of China, under the influence of nationwide innovation in education and related policy implementation of teacher cultivation, the situation of education in Xiangxi ethnic area was promoted and improved, which had a far-reaching influence on the development of ethnic education, society, culture and economy to this area. To analyze the history of this area’s teacher cultivation at that time in depth can provide a reference for developing ethnic area’s education in the future. |
