| 摘 要： | 高校法律基础课作为高校德育教育的一部分，发挥着培养大学生法律素质，造就合格人才的作用，本文通过对高校基础课的问卷调查，对该课程的现状有一个比较清楚的认识，在此基础上分析存在问题，并结合多年的教学经验提出相应的对策，以期增强法律基础课教学的时效性和针对性。

| Abstract: | The course of law, a part of higher education, can build up students' strength in law. Through a questionnaire, the current condition of this course is clearly presented. On the basis of that and teaching experience, this paper analyzes the existing problems, proposes countermeasures to strengthen the aim and practicality of its teaching. |
