摘    要:在生态位理论框架下,以我国30个省市2002年-2018年面板数据作为实证分析对象,研究各省市生态位发展进程,并构建STIRPAT模型测算双向FDI对工业用水量的具体影响.研究发现,样本期内各省市生态位程度并不相同,北京等6省市为高生态位地区,河南等11省市为低生态位地区.双向FDI在不同生态位地区中表现出明显的区域差异:IFDI促进了低生态位地区工业用水量的增加,而对中、高生态位地区的工业用水量表现为抑制作用;OFDI促进了中、低生态位地区工业用水量的增加,但在高生态位地区中表现为抑制作用.各地要因地制宜,合理规划双向FDI结构布局,提高工业用水效率.

Abstract:my country"s industrial water pressure is increasing day by day, and water resources have become a bottleneck restricting social development. Under the framework of niche theory, this paper uses panel data of 30 provinces and cities across the country from 2002 to 2018 as the object of empirical analysis to study the development process of niche in various provinces and cities, and build a STIRPAT model to measure the specific impact of two-way FDI on industrial water consumption. The study found that the niche degree of each province and city in the sample period is not the same, 6 provinces and cities including Beijing are high niche areas, and 11 provinces and cities including Henan are low niche areas. Two-way FDI shows obvious regional differences in different niche areas: IFDI promotes the increase of industrial water consumption in low niche areas, while inhibiting industrial water consumption in middle and high niche areas; OFDI promotes middle and high niche areas. The increase in industrial water consumption in low niche areas has an inhibitory effect in high niche areas. All localities must adapt measures to local conditions and rationally plan the two-way FDI structure to improve industrial water efficiency.
