| 摘 要： | 车身骨架的焊接大量采用CO2气体保护，但由于受各种因素的影响，常常出现变形、未焊透、气孔、焊缝加厚高过大等焊接缺陷，针对这些情况，文中逐一进行了详细分析，探讨了焊接质量的改进措施。

| Abstract: | In passenger car production, a great deal of CO2 gas would be applied to protect welding car body skeleton, but various factor would cause the strain, not yet finished whole welding, blowhole, the welding blind side to thicken high weld the bug over big etc. To solve these problems, this paper analyses the problems one by one in the paper, then explores the improvement measure of the welding mass. |
