| 摘 要： | 分析了现有学术期刊评价体系的不足之处，批判了由此引发的社会问题。阐述了编辑办刊应回归初心，即为作者服务，为读者办刊，搭建作者与读者的沟通桥梁，广泛而快速地传播高质量的科技成果，并论述了坚守办刊初心的重要意义。提出编辑在回归办刊初心中应扮演服务者、守门人、鉴赏家、编辑匠、研究者、引路人等角色。

| Abstract: | We first analyzed the shortcomings of the existing academic journal evaluation systems, and criticize the associated social problems. Then, we elaborated that the original intention of running a periodical is to serve the authors, meet the needs for readers, and make connections between them, and disseminate high-quality scientific and technological achievements extensively and quickly. Meanwhile, we discussed the significance of remembering where we started the periodicals and the roles that an editor should play, which included a service provider, a gatekeeper, an editor craftsman, a researcher, a connoisseur, and a guide. |
