绩效工资改革背景下的高校人事管理系统设计

摘    要:绩效工资成为大多数高校的主要分配方案。基于此,通过以SQL Server 2000为后台数据库,结合高校人事管理的特点,采用B/S结构设计出一套高校人事管理系统,并对该系统的功能模块、实现方法和关键技术做了具体研究与分析。

Abstract:Performance salary has become the major distribution scheme for most colleges and universities.Based on the situation,making use of SQL Server 2000 data base,coordinating the features of personnel management of colleges and universities,this paper tries to design a set of personnel management system with B/ S structure.It also gives specific research and analysis on the function mode,achieving method and key technology of the system.
