英语教师知识结构现状分析及提高策略初探

摘    要:英语教师本身的知识结构对外语教学有着很大的影响。师资的素质和知识结构在很大程度上制约着外语教学的发展。从知识结构的广度、深度和教育心理等方面去探讨英语教师知识结构的不足,提出提高英语教师知识结构素质的几点建议,为寻求英语教学改革提供参考意见。

Abstract:The knowledge structure of teachers of English has great influence on their English teaching.The mak- ings and knowledge structures of the teacher to a great extent restrict the development of English teaching.The defi- ciency in the knowledge structure of the teacher of English is explored in the aspects of range and depth of the struc- ture and in the educational psychology.Some suggestions are put forth for the improvement of the knowledge struc- tures of the teacher of English and for the reform of English teaching.
