| 摘 要： | 本文运用灰色关联度模型对陕西省科技投入与经济增长之间的关系进行了详细的分析.以说明陕西省近年来的科技经费投入与国民经济总值虽仍呈正相关关系,但出现先扬后抑又缓慢趋于下降的势态,且人才流失严重,科技经费的投入力度还有待进一步加强.

| Abstract: | In this article,it is discussed of the relation between the investment of science-technology and the economic increase with the theory of Grey-Cognation;in order to prove that the relation between they is positive,however,the pattern of it is first,Up but then Down.The reason of the 'talents transferring' is weakening the foundation of the implementation. |
