| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查法，定性与定量相结合，研究影响我国竞技体育后备人才资源开发的因素。结果表明：制度环境、目标发展、训练输送、社会保障、人力资源、项目布局等是影响后备人才资源开发的主要因子。基层训练体系受到冲击和削弱、后备人才输送渠道不畅、输送难等是制约后备人才资源开发的主要因素。

| Abstract: | It applied the methods of literature, visit and questionnaire to studying the factors that influenced the exploitation of competitive sports re.serve talent resources of our country. The results show that the system environment, target development, training transportation, social safeguard, manpower resources, layout of events etc. are the main factors of influencing the exploitation of the reserve talent resources, while the grassroot training system being made impacts on and weakened, the obstruction of transporting channel of reserve talent and being hard to transport etc. are the main factors of restricting the exploitation of the reserve talent resources. |
