| 摘 要： | 市级电子政务网是贵阳市电子政务重要的基础设施，是承载电子政务应用的“信息高速公路”，随着市电子政务网络覆盖范围的扩大，各应用系统的广泛应用，加强电子政务网络管理迫在眉睫。近年来，贵阳市电子政务取得长足发展，电子政务基础设施建设有了较好的基础，应用不断深化，电子政务在提高行政效率、降低行政成本、改善公共服务方面的作用得到了充分体现。文章探讨了贵阳市电子政务建设中存在的一些潜在问题，并从政府、公众和网络技术三个方面提出了一些操作性较强的应对策略。

| Abstract: | the prefecture＇s Level electronics government administration net which is the essential basic facility in city of guiyang ,that is, the information highway used for electronics government admistration, with the development of net covering widely and each applied system used extensively, it is extremely urgent to reinforce management of the net. In recent years, Guiyang＇ electronics administration have made rapid progress, with the foundation well constrated and the apply used deeply, it is very efficacious for the electronics affairs to improve the efficious of administration, reduce the cost of it dperfect public service. The essay aims at discussing some latent problems of electronics＇government admistration, thereby talking some practical usefued strategies. |
