| 摘 要： | 在定义运动技术持续创新概念、指明运动技术持续创新过程特性的基础上,重点分析了构成运动技术持续创新过程多维支持系统的5大因素,即训练实践支持、政策及决策导向支持、理论支持、战略支持、创新人员与组织支持等.对与时俱进的运动技术创新模式作了初步描述.
