摘    要:分析了CVT系统传动过程中金属传动带及带轮的机械损失,并利用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真分析.仿真分析显示,随着带轮压力的增加,环状钢带之间的滑动损失、金属带轮变形引起的功率损失和金属带与带轮间的滑动损耗都将逐渐增加,导致系统效率随之逐步下降.搭建CVT系统试验台进行系统效率试验,试验结果与仿真分析相一致.

Abstract:Mechanical loss of metal belts and clamping plates is analyzed during CVT operation and MATLAB/Simulink software is used to simulate system efficiency. The simulation shows, with the increase of pressure from clamping plates, power loss due to the slip between one belt and another, distortion of clamping plates and the slip between belts and clamping plates will increase gradually, which will finally lead to the decrease of system efficiency. Efficiency test is conducted with special CVT tester, the result of which is consistent with the simulation.
