| 摘 要： | 在战火纷飞、外辱频仍的年代里。爱国实业家卢作孚先生，怀着为国为民求福祉的宏愿，在重庆北碚创立了中国西部科学院。之后在短短几年里．西部科学院克服了经费短缺、科研人员匮乏等方面的困难．在自然资源的勘查方面取得了骄人的成绩，并对西南经济的发展起到了积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | At the age of the war that China suffered from, Lu Zuofu, a patriotic industrialist founded the science institute of west China in Beibei of Chongqing After overcoming the following difficulties： the shortage of funds, lack of scientific researchers and so on, the science institute had got proud achievement, and played a positive role on development of southwest economy in a few years . |
