| 摘 要： | 历史是错综复杂的,对历史人物的评价不应只是简单的肯定或否定,而应从各种角度审视。分析和把握武昌起义爆发前后的政治军事形势,以及革命派、清政府、袁世凯北洋集团三者间错综复杂的矛盾关系,是客观评价段祺瑞在辛亥革命中活动的前提;全面考察段祺瑞在整个辛亥革命过程中的活动,并与北洋阵营中其它将领的政治表现进行比较,才能对其功过作出充分的评价;探究段祺瑞在辛亥革命过程中的行为表现与北洋阵营中其他将领有明显不同的原因,对于进一步认识段祺瑞其人不无裨益。

| Abstract: | As history is complex, our evaluation of historical figures should not simply be either good or evil,but be carried out through various perspectives.An objective assessment of Duan Qirui in the Revolution of 1911 comes first from an appreciation of the politics and military affairs around the Wuchang Uprising and the complex relationships among the three groups of the revolutionary,the Qing government,and the Northern Warlords headed by Yuan Shikai.Then,we need to conduct a full investigation of his actions throughout the revolution in comparison with those of his counterparts before we can come to form objective opinions of his merits and faults in the revolution. |
