| 摘 要： | 云南滇中城市经济圈是全省经济重心区和增长极。在加快建设面向西南开放桥头堡的进程中,云南提出要大力推进滇中城市经济圈一体化建设,增强其对全省经济的辐射带动作用,这就需要针对滇中城市经济圈目前存在的金融转化力弱、金融市场不完善、市场机制和制度不健全等问题,着力构筑一个高效金融市场,完善相关支付结算体系,并进行协调统一的金融监管以及建设匹配的金融生态环境,以完善金融支撑体系来推进滇中经济更快发展。

| Abstract: | The economic circle of central Yunnan Province is the heart and growth pole for the whole Province. With the speeding establishment of the bridgehead for the west and south of China,the integrative construction of the economic circle should be improved greatly and the pulling effect for the provincial economics should be strengthened. An efficient financial market should be established, payment and settlement system should be improved,financial supervision should be united coordinately and matching financial ecological environment should be built to improve the financial supporting system for the better development of economics in central Yunnan according to a series of defects such as weak financial transformability,imperfect financial market and incomplete market mechanism of this economic circle. |
