| 摘 要： | 从高校、企业和政府三个方面阐述了＂校企政＂共建专业实训基地的意义,从高校人才培养的观念亟需更新、企业对共建实训基地缺乏足够认识及政府相关部门未能充分发挥调控作用三个方面分析了目前诸多实训基地存在的不足,最后在剖析＂校企政＂三方承担的角色及基地应该具备的四种功能基础上提出高校专业实训基地资源整合模式及管理模式的构想。

| Abstract: | To begin with,the significance of the practical training base is described from three aspects,i.e.college,enterprise and government.Besides,the defects of existing bases are analyzed from three dimensions as follows.1.Concepts of talent training in colleges are in pressing need of updating;2.Enterprises lack enough understanding of base co-construction;3.The government fails to play an effective regulatory role.Finally,the schemes of resources integration and management are proposed based on the analysis of roles assumed by college,enterprise and government and the four functions of the training bases. |
