市场茶饮料中茶多酚含量的调查与分析

摘    要:采用GB8313—87茶多酚测定方法对市场茶饮料中的茶多酚含量进行了调查与分析,结果表明:市场上茶饮料中的茶多酚含量不容乐观,合格率只有77.4%,而大、中、小型企业产品的抽样合格率分别为94.7%、66.7%、33.3%。抽查中发现,一些中小型企业生产条件简陋,工艺落后,茶多酚含量明显不足,产品质量令人担忧。

Abstract:Utilizing the GB 8313-87, the official method to inspect tea polythenols, the author analyzes the result of the investigation made in teas market. It is found that only 77.4% of the teas fulfill standard requirements, while the qualification rates of the small, medium and large-sized enterprises are 94.7%, 66.7% and 33.3%. With simple and crude production equipment and backward technique, the tea produced by some small and medium-sized enterprises is of low quality and the content of tea polythenols is not adequate.
