| Abstract: | In modern education,we should recognize penalty intellectually and comprehensively.As a educational measure,pen- alty has not only negative functions but also positive functions.In school's educational circumstances,we should follow the principles of positive education,respect,esteem,equality and leniency,handle them rationally and penalize in a suitable degree. |
