| 摘 要： | 法律诊所教育倡导在实践中学习法律知识和法律执业技能,它正悄然改变着传统的法学教育理念和教学模式。将法律诊所模式引入成人教育法学专业社会实践环节,替代以往形式化的社会调查,符合职业教育提出的加强社会实践环节、培养成人学员执业能力的要求。
