| 摘 要： | 为加强哈尔滨市中学篮球运动队的管理,对哈尔滨市中学篮球运动队管理现状进行了分析,提出了哈尔滨市中学篮球运动队管理的措施：完善各项规章制度;应有相应的行政部门加强对篮球运动队的管理工作;处理好训练与教学的关系、打基础与提高运动成绩的关系、培养体育运动后备人才与开展全校体育活动的关系;引入目标管理机制;以团队文化作为软性约束。
