摘    要:高效课堂教学是一种现代教学理念,也是一种教育理想。本文主要论述一位普通小学校长在高效课堂教学这方沃土上的追寻与探索:提升行动理念,架构目标体系,形成基本范式,提炼基本策略,完善评价体系。高效课堂教学回到教育的原点,推动了教师的专业成长,促进了学生的可持续发展。

Abstract:Effective classroom teaching is a kind of educational ideal as well as a sort of modern teaching philosophy.This essay is mainly about the effort and exploration in the area by an ordinary school headmaster.Effective classroom teaching should return to the original point of education for the promotion of teacher growth and student sustainable development.
