| 摘 要： | 创新及创新能力是人类社会发展与进步的永恒主题,培养高素质的创新型人才是高校不可推卸的责任,面对建设创新型国家,培养创新型人才的迫切需要,高校必须更新观念,深化改革,构建新的创新型人才培养模式。文章在对我国高校当前学生创新能力培养现状进行分析的基础上,指出了高校在创新型人才培养中存在的主要问题,探讨了创新能力培养的途径和对策,即是：树立以学生为本的理念,培养学生创新人格和意识;构建以学生为主体的教育模式;尊重学生个性,实施个性化教育;建设创造型师资队伍;构建个性化教育体系;营造良好校园文化,丰富课外科技活动和社会实践。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis about cultivating situation of innovative ability of students in colleges and universities,the author points out the main problems existing in the cultivation of innovative talents,and probes into the ways and strategies of innovation ability cultivation,namely,to set up students-oriented concept,cultivate students＇ innovation consciousness and personality,construct student-centered education mode,respect the students individuality,implement individuation education,establish creative faculty,form individualized education system construction,build good campus culture,and rich extracurricular activities in scientific and technological activity and social practice. |
