| Abstract: | The author of this paper have conducted an 18-week experimental Sanda course with 36 boy students of Sanda majors from Grade 2004 of the Department of P.E.as subjects in divided groups.The experiment shows that it is very effective to enforce the training of prediction ability for the improvement of the throwing skills in Sanda and it can positively facilitate the mastering of Sanda skills. |
