| Abstract: | As fostering the new times' students with the ability bringing forth new ideas is the fundamental missin of the colleges and universities. Furthermore teaching and learning is the basic link of higher education. We have to do something to strenthen the ideals of creativity in it. We have to change our ideals in two group relations. Teaching and testing in the traditional way,they were passive and one-way jobs,while in nowdays,they should be initiative,two-way and opening. Perhaps only in this way in my view, the creativityof the students can be trained and developed. |
