| 摘 要： | 随着网络教育的开展，许多高校已经具有网上教学资源，网络教育已成教育方式发展的新趋势，教育也随之进入网络教育的新时代。网络教育的开展，给教师和学生都提出了新的更高的要求。本文从高校网络教育建设及其特点、网上资源的开发和利用。分析网络教育带给高校教学的新变化．提出目前开展网络教育还存在的问题和发展的对策。
