| 摘 要： | 运用空间计量方法和经济计量方法实证研究了技术创新的空间溢出对我国区域工业经济增长的影响以及研发经费投入、研发人力投入和政府区域优惠政策的空间溢出在区域技术创新中的作用。研究结果发现:当前技术创新的空间溢出对我国区域工业经济增长具有明显的推动效应;研发经费、研发人员和政府区域优惠政策都对区域技术创新起到了积极的作用,但研发经费和研发人员投入的空间溢出却对区域技术创新产生微弱的负面影响。

| Abstract: | Used spatial econometric method,this paper studies the impact of space technology innovation spillover on regional economic growth and industrial R&D expenditure,R&D investment and the government regional preferential policies for human space overflow in the area of technological innovation in the role.The findings show: The current technological innovation’s spatial overflow has the obvious effect on our country region industry economy growth;The research and development funds,research and develop personnel and the government region preferential policy positively have effect on the region technological innovation,but the funds and personnel’s spatial overflow have the weak negative influence on the region technological innovation. |
