| 摘 要： | 依据技术创新过程的线性模型,构造了区域技术创新效率评价的两阶段模型,并运用DEA方法对2000—2008年中国30个省(市、区)的研究开发效率和成果转化效率进行了评价,建立了各省(市、区)两阶段效率的矩阵分布图,利用矩阵图对评价结果进行了比较分析,提出了相应的改进建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of linear model of technological innovation,this paper establishes the evaluation model with two stages.Using DEA method,this paper tests research development efficiency and achievements transformation efficiency of 30 provinces or municipal cities in China from 2000 to 2008.At last,the paper compares the difference of provinces using the matrix picture of research development efficiency and achievements transformation efficiency,and puts forward policy suggestions suited to local condition in provinces or municipal cities. |
