| 摘 要： | 选取科学、合适的运行模式对有效发挥区域创新平台资源集聚与创新服务作用意义重大,因此本文在分析区域创新平台网络结构特征的基础上,将其划分为网络形成、发展、成熟与转型四个阶段,揭示了不同阶段平台网络发展的动力及对外表征,提出与之相匹配的区域科技、经济发展情况及创新服务需求情况等,进一步探讨对应于平台网络演化过程的运行模式,并明确管理重点与具体方法,旨在为各区域科学选择合适的创新平台运行模式、制定发展战略方案提供有效的决策参考与依据。

| Abstract: | Scientifically and reasonably selecting operating model has great significance for regional innovation platform to effectively play its role in integrating innovation resources and serving for innovation activity.This paper divides its evolvement into four stages,such as information stage,development stage,maturation stage and transformation stage,based on the analysis of regional innovation platform network structure characteristics.The paper expounds developing power and its outer look of platform network in different stage,puts forwards the matching regional science and technology,economic development condition,and innovating service requirement condition.It further discusses operating models matching to platform network evolvement process and defines the managing key and specific approaches,the purpose of which is to offer effective deciding references and foundation for region to scientifically select suitable innovation platform operational model and make developing strategy scheme. |
