| 摘 要： | 开展效益评价是大型仪器设备管理的一项重要工作,大型仪器设备效益评价工作的关键是制定合理的评价指标体系,客观、科学地开展评估工作,并将效益评价结果有效运用于大型仪器设备的管理之中。文章阐述了大型设备效益评价应当遵循的五条原则,即科学性、引导性、可靠性、可操作性、有效性,介绍了武汉大学大型仪器设备效益评价指标体系的构成以及相关指标的内涵、目的和主要考察点,同时介绍了武汉大学大型仪器设备效益评价工作的具体做法、成效以及存在的问题,并就进一步完善效益评价工作提出了自己的思考。

| Abstract: | Efficiency evaluation is an important work in large-scale instruments management.The determination of an equitable evaluation index system,scientifically and objectively evaluation and effective use of evaluation results are the key to efficiency evaluation.This paper discussed the five principles in large-scale instruments efficiency evaluation,which are scientificalness,guidance,reliability,operability,and effectiveness.It introduced the index system,practice,effectiveness and problems in efficiency evaluation in Wuhan University.It also discussed perfection of efficiency evaluation of large-scale instruments. |
