| 摘 要： | 20世纪末和21世纪初,人力资本理论在中国得到广泛传播和应用,呈现出新的时代发展的特点,诸如由研究人力资本的形成转向研究人力资本的应用和管理;由研究人力资本的要素构成转向研究人力资本的产权问题;加强了对人力资本功能机制的研究等。随着知识经济的来临,人力资本和知识资本的关系越来越密切,必须研究知识经济中的人力资本;随着人力资本的资本化运作,人力资本产权问题显得十分重要,包括人力资本产权的定义、特征、功能等。人力资本在企业中的运用,使得人力资本资本化,即人力资本股权化等。

| Abstract: | Human capital theory has been widespread and put into rigorous practice in China around the beginning of the new century.It has shown new characteristics that conform the new era.The correlative researches have turned away from human capital's formation to its application and administration and from the human capital structure to its property right,emphasizing its functions and mechanism.And with the coming of intellectual economy,human capital and intellectual capital have been closely associated,and human capital among intellectual economy has been researched.But with the capitalization of human capital,the problem of the property right of human capital has become very important.Human capital should be capitalized in enterprises' practice,and its shareholding rights should be confirmed. |
