| 摘 要： | 针对中职学校德育工作存在的德育内容缺乏实践性和针对性、德育理论研究滞后、德育评价机制虚化等问题,中等职业学校应从拓展德育实践、丰富德育载体、健全德育机制、完善德育体系四个方面加强德育模式的创新。唐海县职教中心积极实践精细到位管理、课堂教育活化、家庭方式爱护、法律规章约束、日常检查督促以及德育活动感化等路径,有效提升了德育效果。

| Abstract: | To solve existing problems in moral education work such as lack of practicality and pertinence of moral education content,lagging study on moral theory,virtual assessing mechanism of moral education,etc.,sedondary vocational school should strenghten the innovation of moral education model from extending the practice of moral education,enriching the carrier of moral education,optimizing the mechanism of moral education and perfecting the system of moral education.Vocational Education Center of Tanghai County actively practiced the specific path of fine management,class education activation,care with family pattern,legal rules and restraint,daily check supervision and reformatory education according to moral activities,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of moral education. |
