| 摘 要： | 在春秋战国时期，齐国先后有两个齐桓公，不能把他们混为一人，两人在齐国历史上，乃至中国历史上都有卓越的贡献。齐桓公姜小白在春秋时期强盛了齐国，首霸中原，为春秋五霸之首。齐桓公田午在战国时期创办了稷下学宫，为齐国招纳了大量人才，为齐威王时期的强盛奠定了基础，并把战国时期的百家争鸣、学术繁荣的局面推向高潮。

| Abstract: | From Spring and Autumn Period to Warring States Period, there appeared two Qihuangong in Qi state, we cannot regard them as the same person because they both contributed a lot to the history of Qi state, and even to the history of China. One of the two, JIANG Xiaobai changed Qi state into a powerful state and became the leader of the five powerful states during Spring and Autumn Period. The other one, TIAN Wu built a school during the Warring States Period and recruited a ot of talents for Qi state, and this laid a substantial base for the prosperity of Qi state during the rule of Qiweiwang. Moreover, this school put the academic prosperity to its elimax. |
