| 摘 要： | 分析隐性教育法的优势，并在此基础上探讨隐性教育法在高校思想政治教育工作中有效运用的途径。隐性教育法不受教育资源、教育方式的限制，且教育内容隐蔽，学生的主体地位明显，使得其可发挥更深刻持久的教育效果。高校可以通过创建优质的校园文化以发挥环境育人功能，利用网络载体以发挥隐形育人功能，在专业课程中渗透职业道德教育，在社会实践中强化素质教育，并注重榜样培养以增强自我教育的方式实现隐性教育法在思想政治教育中的有效运用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis of the advantages of recessive education act, the thesis explores the effective use of the recessive education law in ideological and political education. Recessive education act is not subject to the education resources and education mode. Due to its recessive educational content, students can occupy an obvious dominant position in education so that it can exert more profound and lasting effect of education. Colleges and universities can create high - quality campus culture to give environmental education on students and use the Internet to give recessive education to students. In professional courses teachers should enhance professional ethics and in social practice strengthen quality education. Meanwhile, models and self - education should be focused on so as to achieve effective use of the recessive ideological and political education. |
