| 摘 要： | 高职院校行政管理要进一步专业化、科学化。在这一过程中，高职院校行政管理面临着一些来自外部环境和内部环境的阻碍：行政管理过度依附于政府决策，服务职能形同虚设；行政管理人才队伍不专，行政管理专业化较低。实现高职院校在行政管理方面效能的优化，需要作出一些改革思考和举措：从根本上改变院校对于政府的依赖。增强院校行政管理的自主权；完善行政管理体制，提高管理效能；推动人性化管理，全面提升服务意识。

| Abstract: | The administrative management of vocational colleges should be further professional and scien- tific. In this process, the administrative management in vocational colleges is confronted with some obstacles from the external and internal environment： administrative management is overly dependent on government de- cision making and service function is but an empty shell; Administrative personnel and management are not professional. In order to optimize the administrative management in vocational colleges, we need to make some reforms and take some measures： we should fundamentally extricate ourselves from the dependence on the government, enhance the autonomy of administration and perfect the administrative system so as to improve management efficiency and promote the humanized management and service consciousness. |
