| Abstract: | The cultivation of double-qualification young teachers is one of the important contents of faculty construction in exploration technology and engineering,which is directly related to the improvement of teaching quality and the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability.In this paper,the meaning of double-qualification young teachers is clarified firstly,and then,combined with the training mode and practice of education reform of exploration technology and engineering in our school,the effective cultivating ways of double-qualification young teachers are suggested. |
