| 摘 要： | 竞技体育犯罪是指在竞技体育活动中，竞技运动参与者实施的刑事法律规定的犯罪行为和具有严重社会危害性的越轨行为。竞技体育犯罪具有故意性、相关性、多样化、集中性、多发性等特点。研究竞技体育犯罪，有助于维护竞技体育秩序，捍卫体育精神，化解矛盾，消除犯罪。 |

| Abstract: | Competitive sport s crimes refer to the crimes and the deviant behaviors committed by the partici- pant s in the competitive sport s. They can be intentional , relevant ,various ,concent rated and spontaneous. The study of competitive sport s crimes help maintain the order of competitive sport s ,the spirit of sport s ,diminish paradox and prevent the crimes. |
