| 摘 要： | 创新高校思想政治教育工作,有利于激发学生学习的积极性和主动性、提高学生的综合素质、促进高校的全面发展和进步.当前高校思想政治教育工作存在着一些问题与不足,主要体现在外部环境带来挑战、学生自身素养不高,创新不强等.为了应对这些问题,今后在实际工作中需要采取创新策略,树立服务意识,加强实践锻炼,掌握科学合理的方法,提高创新水平,加强辅导员队伍建设,并重视新型传媒的应用.

| Abstract: | The innovation of ideological and political education work can help to inspire students＇ learning enthusiasm and initiative, improve the comprehensive quality of students, and promote all- round development and progress of universities. There are some problems and deficiencies existing in the current work of ideological and political education, mainly reflects in the challenge for external environment, student＇ s low quality, the weak innovation and so on. In order to deal with these problems, the future work need to be taken in the actual work innovation strategy to establish service consciousness, and strengthen the practice exercise, master the scientific and reasonable methods, and improve the innovation level, to strengthen the construction of the counselor team, and pay attention to the application of new media. |
