| 摘 要： | 科研素养是高职院校教师在自身专业发展过程中必备的基本素养,是衡量教师专业素质高低的一个重要指标.当前,我国高职院校教师科研素养总体情况不容乐观.为此,文章立足当前高职院校教师科研素养中存在的问题,在分析其制约因素的基础上,提出了提高教师科研素养的对策.

| Abstract: | Scientific research quality of teachers in vocational colleges is the basic literacy in the process of profession- al development, and is an important indicator for measuring the level of the teachers＇ professional quality. At present, the overall situation for scientific research quality of teachers in vocational colleges is not optimistic. To this end, this paper put forward the countermeasures to improving teachers＇ scientific research quality based on the current problems existed in vocational colleges by analyzing its constraints. |
