| 摘 要： | 非国有经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,是社会生产力发展的重要推动力。本文从非国有经济发展的产业特征、融资渠道、制度特征出发,研究产权制度以及信息不对称条件下制约非国有经济发展的融资瓶颈及其成因,提出促进非国有经济发展财税与金融支持的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Non-governmental economy plays an important role in the socialist market economy and it is an essential motive force in the development of social production forces.This paper,starting from the industrial characteristics,financing channels and systematic features,studies the property rights system and the financing bottleneck or causes that restrict the non-governmental economy under the condition of the dissymmetrical information.The authors put forward some countermeasures so as to stimulate the non-governmental economy. |
