| 摘 要： | 在中学语骨干教师培训中，培训的作用和角色与以往的学历教育相比，发生了很大的变化，培训必须审时度势，更新教育教学观念，熟悉培训对象，成为语继续教育的研究和创新，组织与参与，并且具有较强的洞察力和前瞻意识，方面在教育教学实践中，肩负起历史赋予的使命。
