| 摘 要： | 教学秘书是高校教学管理队伍的重要组成部分,主要负责院、系教学事务,在教学管理系统中发挥着重要作用。教学秘书的素质高低直接影响教学管理工作的水平。本文从思想方面和业务方面具体论述了高校教学秘书应具备的素质,以及如何培养、提高高校教学秘书的素质。

| Abstract: | The college teaching secretary is an important part of the teaching management staff,being responsible for teaching affairs of institute or department,playing an important role in teaching management system..The teaching secretary's quality level influences the one of the teaching management directly.This paper concretely discuss the quality that a college teaching secretary should possess from aspects of thought and proficiency,and how to cultivate and enhance quality of the college teaching secretary. |
