| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放的深入推进，社会整体保持和谐状态下，也不可避免地出现社会心态失衡、竞争秩序失范、人际关系失调、职业心态失真等心理不和谐问题，促进人的心理和谐是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要任务。因此，要深刻理解“以人为本”的执政理念，充分认识实现心理和谐的人文内涵，正确处理社会需求与尊重个性、精神传承与环境营造、人格塑造与心理疏导的关系，同时要有促进和谐的思维方式，以实现从个体心理和谐到保持整个社会的和谐状态。

| Abstract: | As promoting of reform and opening-up in China and under the harmonious of the whole society, it is inevitable that the mental attitude, competition order and the personal relationship are out of order and balance and the occupational attitudes are distorted. The most important task of constructing socialist harmonious society is to develop the harmony on people＇s psychology. Therefore, we are required to understand the political idea of ＂people oriented＂ thoroughly, to realize the connotation of psychological harmony completely, to correctly deal with the relationships between social requirements and personality＇s respect, the inheritance of spirit and the construction of environment and the leading of psychology and the construction of personality. At the same time, people are also required to have a developed and harmonious thinking mode in order to fulfill the harmony from personal psychology to the whole society. |
