摘    要:介绍4V-105柴油机连杆的工作概况,利用CAE设计分析程序ANSYS对连杆进行了有限元分析和优化设计。并对优化结果进行较详细的体积变化分析、对连杆进行相应的实验测试验证等。以验证连杆尺寸优化结果的合理性,最后得出了合理的连杆优化设计结果。

Abstract:This paper introduces the working situations of 4V-105 diesel connecting rods.By the use of CAE design and analysis program ANSYS,it makes the analysis and optimal design of rod finite elements.The corresponding experimental verification tests on the optimization results and a more detailed analysis of volume change are carried out in order to verify the reasonable optimization of the rod size and finally a reasonable optimization design results can be obtained.
