| 摘 要： | 高等教育成本补偿是指高等教育的成本由谁支付、如何支付的问题。高等教育财政危机导致高等教育出现成本补偿。高等教育成本补偿的理论依据是利益获得原则和能力支付原则。作为高等教育成本补偿的主体学生、政府、企业，均应承担一定的补偿比例，并按照相应的方式进行补偿，才能促进高等教育的健康稳定发展。

| Abstract: | The definition of cost compensation for higher education is: who and how to compensate the higher education cost stemming from fiscal crisis of higher education. The theory of cost compensation for higher education is based on the principle of benefit obtaining and the principle of capability of payment. It will promote rapid, sustainable and sound development of higher education that the subject matters of cost compensation for higher education, including college students, government and enterprises, should take certain proportion of compensation in reasonable ways. |
